Black Fruit Crumble

Receipe of Margot Mourrier

Preparation time – 30 minutes

Cooking Time – 20-25 minutes

Quantity – 6 portions

Ingredients
  • 150g Flour of choice
  • 50g cane sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 3 apples
  • 1 poire
  • Juice of half à bergamot lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of black paste

Vegan Option – Replace butter with coconut or olive oil

Method

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
  2. Mix the sugar and flour in à bowl
  3. Cut the butter into cubes and add it with the black paste to the crumble
  4. Work the mixture with your hands until you have achieved à crumbly texture
  5. Lubricate your oven tree
  6. Cut the fruit into cubes, spread them out on the oven dish and marinate them with the bergamot juice
  7. Cover the fruit with the crumble, to have at least 1-2cm in height
  8. Cook for 25 minutes in the oven
