Ingredients for 1 person :
100g silken tofu
1 banana
1 teaspoon Pink Paste
Goji berries
Cranberries
Dried blueberries
Blend your tofu, banana and teaspoon of Pink Paste. Top with goji berries, cranberries and dried blueberries. You can also add a few banana slices for decoration!
Place in the fridge for 2 hours and enjoy!
As a dessert or snack, enjoy it however you like.
