For our new seasonal drink, you will need :
- 150g of popcorn
- 275g of sugar
- 35g of Black Paste
- Milk
- Water
- Salt flower
Caramelize your 150g of popcorn with your 275g of sugar.
Once done, blend 1 milk of your choice with your 150g of caramelized popcorn and leave to infuse.
After infusion, filter and add 35g Black Paste, 100g hot water and 3g of salt flower.
