Here’s the recipe for a light, fruity dessert!
Ingredients for 1 person :
1 Banana
2 pears
1 teaspoon agar agar
1 teaspoon Pink Paste
Cut the fruit into small pieces and place in a saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 min. Once cooked, blend with an immersion blender.
Add the Pink paste and agar agar. Place on the heat and bring to the boil. Pour into a tart tin as shown here.
Cool and chill for 1 hour.
Unmold and add toppings of your choice.
