La Main Noire products : Black Paste
Preparation time – 30 minutes
Cooking Time – 20-25 minutes
Quantity – 6 portions
Ingredients
- 150g flour of your choice
- 50g cane sugar
- 100g butter
- 3 apples
- 1 peer
- Juice of half à bergamot lemon
- 1 tablespoon of Black Paste
Vegan Option – Replace butter with coconut or olive oil
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
- Mix the sugar and flour in à bowl
- Cut the butter into cubes and add it with the Black Pasteto the crumble
- Work the mixture with your hands until you have achieved à crumbly texture
- Lubricate your oven tree
- Cut the fruit into cubes, spread them out on the oven dish and marinate them with the bergamot juice
- Cover the fruit with the crumble, to have at least 1-2cm in height
- Cook for 25 minutes in the oven
