Yes! All our products are organic and vegan. Only our honey-candied chai are not vegan. Therefore, we developed the Wild version, with agave and date syrup.

La Main Noire: preparations made with fresh, raw ingredients preserved in natural sugars. This is a more complex and structured range, considered a specialty.

La Fabrique à Latte: it's all our original recipes, from fresh to dry. A powder format that's much easier to use, for a more universally appealing and delicious result.

All our CHR products are in 1KG format, in bags or in jars.

In a professional setting, you can prepare our products using a steam wand or milk frother. You can also use our products with your machines that dispense hot, frothed milk.

Only the 1kg Golden Paste, Pink Paste, and Blue Paste require refrigeration before and after opening. Vacuum-sealed retail sizes can be stored at room temperature up to 20 degrees Celsius. During warmer weather, we recommend keeping all products refrigerated.

The La Fabrique à Latte range, however, should be stored in a dry and temperate place.

All milks are compatible with our products! However, we recommend a creamy, mild, and not too sweet plant-based milk.

There is no minimum order. Shipping is free for all orders over €200 in mainland France, and €300 in the EU.

We ship orders twice a week in France and throughout Europe (on Wednesdays and Fridays). Delivery times are same day in Paris and between 48 and 72 business hours elsewhere.

(Please note! Orders placed after Monday midnight are only shipped on Friday, and those placed after Wednesday midnight are shipped the following Wednesday.)
