What is Sticky Chai?
Its slightly sticky texture reflects the freshness of a Chai tea blend made from black tea or honeybush, whole roasted spices, fresh ginger and vanilla, all bound together with natural sugar.
The result in the cup? A superbly complex and balanced Chai Latte.

Pour the Sticky Chai into a container.
Add the milk.
Mix vigorously. Let it infuse in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours, depending on the quantity prepared.

Stir well during preparation, during resting time and before filtering to improve the infusion.
Once the infusion time is over, filter.

Keep refrigerated for 3 to 4 days.
Infusion to be poured over ice cubes or heated.
