TERMS OF DELIVERY

Orders preparation :

All orders are packed every Tuesdays and Thursdays afternoon, for expedition on Wednesdays and Fridays. The orders are shipped every Wednesday and Friday.

All orders passed after 12pm Tuesday and Thursday won’t be sent the day after.

Shipping ETA :

Within Paris : Dispatched on the same day of shipping, by bike.

In France Metropolitain : Dispatched under 2 to 3 business days.

En Europe : Dispatched under 2 to 4 business days.

Options and shipping fees :

Within Paris : Shipping is FREE for any order above 200€ before VAT (after discounts). Under this amount a shipping fee of 10€ before VAT is applied.

In France  Metropolitain : Shipping is FREE for any order above 200€ before VAT (after discounts). Under this amount a shipping fee of 15€ before VAT is applied. With the exception of Corsica Island where an automatic fee of 5€ before VAT is applied.

In zone Euro : No minimum order, 15€ before VAT (if VAT applied) are applied for every orders.

NB : These conditions and fees are subjected to change if any overfees from the transporter is applied to us for any of the following reasons : shipping address is on a remote area, difficult access area, island, mountain. This may result to an additional fee.

Click & Collect : FREE, no minimum order. You can come to pick up your order from the day following the order at our new Lab located at 133 Saussure street in the 17th district of Paris. Opening dates : from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
