Discover our Sticky Chai Wild, a completely plant-based version of our original Chai. Crafted in Paris, this recipe replaces honey with a blend of date syrup and agave syrup. This mixture slowly confits the freshly roasted spices and fresh ginger, creating that characteristic glossy and sticky texture.
Combined with an elegant black tea from Rwanda (Rukeri O.P. variety), this process preserves all the aromatic complexity of the spices. The result: a woody, warming and intensely indulgent drink, perfectly suited to a vegan lifestyle, to be enjoyed as a latte or infused.

Black tea provides the structure and intensity needed to carry this bold recipe. The spices, meanwhile, add real depth and a wonderful aromatic complexity. Together, they create a perfectly balanced and deeply warming base, for a drink with captivating and assertive notes.
