The pistachio is naturally rich in protein, fibre and unsaturated fatty acids. As a source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidant compounds, it is particularly prized for its nutritional profile and fits perfectly into a balanced diet.

The combination of pistachio and white chocolate creates a delicious balance: the delicately toasted notes of the pistachio contrast with the creamy sweetness of the white chocolate. The latter adds smoothness without masking the pistachio, while revealing its aromatic richness. A pinch of fleur de sel completes the whole and balances the sweetness.
