Raw Cacao Paste gets its smooth, creamy texture from raw cacao butter. It is candied in natural sugar at a low temperature to preserve all the benefits and aromas of this superfood!

Ingredients : Agave syrup*, raw cacao* and cold-extracted raw cacao butter*.

Cacao Variety: Criollo
Our raw cacao and raw cacao butter come from the Pangoa cooperative in the Satipo region of Peru.
Allergens: May contain traces of gluten, nuts, black sesame, mustard, celery and peanuts.
Storage advice:
DDM (Minimum durability date): 1 year (8-month guarantee of receipt).
Store in a dry place.
Note: We recommend keeping the products in the refrigerator if the outside temperature is too high!

I made the granola bowl with the Blue Paste and the crumble; I highly recommend it—it adds a splash of color to the plate and is a feast for the eyes! Both products taste perfect!!
