Discover our Black Paste, a fresh artisan pasta that celebrates roasted black sesame. Commonly used in high-end pastry making, black sesame offers deep notes of praline and toasted hazelnut.
Our Black Paste derives its creamy texture and deliciousness from a blend of sesame and cold-pressed pure cocoa butter. The whole thing is enhanced with a hint of fresh ginger and black pepper, then delicately bound with date syrup. The grand finale? The addition of activated charcoal derived from coconut shells, used here to give the drink a dizzying and captivating black colour. A creation of great intensity, designed to leave a lasting impression.

For this creation, super active vegetable charcoal is used exclusively for its incredible aesthetic power. Derived from burnt coconut shells, it acts as an exceptional, completely natural pigment. It is this that gives your drink its fascinating absolute and intense black appearance. With its neutral taste, it makes it possible to create a spectacular visual experience without ever altering the flavours of the recipe.
Black sesame delivers intense notes of praline and toasted cereal. The paste format really comes into its own here: unlike a dehydrated powder, processing it into a paste preserves the natural oils, moisture and healthy fats of the fresh sesame. Together, the candied sesame and charcoal create a smooth and intensely indulgent base.
