Spiced Raw Cacao Paste gets its creamy texture and rich flavor from raw cacao butter. We've spiced it up with chili peppers, which enhance and unlock the full complexity of raw cacao's flavors. It will tantalize your taste buds and comfort you. The two varieties of chili peppers are balanced by the presence of green cardamom, which adds a touch of freshness!

Ingredients : Agave syrup*, raw cacao*, cold-pressed raw cacao butter*, nora chili*, cinnamon*, bird's eye chili*, green cardamom*.

*Product from organic farming.

Our raw cacao and raw cacao butter come from the Pangoa cooperative in the Satipo region of Peru, Criollo variety.

Allergens: May contain traces of gluten, nuts, black sesame, mustard, celery and peanuts.

 

Storage advice:

DDM (Minimum durability date): 1 year (8-month guarantee of receipt).

Store in a dry place.

Note: We recommend keeping the products in the refrigerator if the outside temperature is too high!

Raw cacao is prized for its energizing and revitalizing effects, helping to support concentration and energy levels throughout the day. In the cup, raw cacao also distinguishes itself with a more complex aromatic profile than roasted cacao, featuring floral notes and a naturally indulgent intensity.

The combination of cacao and chili pepper is an ancient tradition in Central America. Mesoamerican civilizations, notably the Mayans and Aztecs, already prepared drinks made with cacao mixed with spices and chili pepper. The chili pepper intensified the cacao's aromas and gave the drink more character.
