What is a Black Hand Paste?

La Main Noire (LMN) Paste is a ready-to-use paste designed to create aromatic lattes and signature drinks in a snap, at home or in a coffee shop. It also enhances your culinary recipes, both sweet and savory.
The LMN Paste range (preparations made with fresh and/or raw ingredients) is unique in the world; we are its creators and the only ones to offer it. It combines carefully sourced, fresh and/or raw ingredients with natural sugar to fully preserve their aromas and benefits.
Each Paste is handmade in our lab. Each batch is produced in small quantities, with precision and exacting standards, to guarantee controlled quality and perfect consistency from one batch to the next.
The ingredients are carefully prepared, cooked at low temperatures, roasted, and then candied to preserve their aromas. This approach allows us to control textures, balance, and consistency, while fully respecting the raw materials.
LMN Paste showcases raw, minimally processed ingredients to preserve their natural qualities. The natural sugar used in our recipes acts as a gentle preservative, without any additives or flavor enhancers. Our tip for a perfect latte:

Hot :
Pour the hot milk of your choice into a container.
Take a good teaspoon of Paste.

Iced:
Dilute the paste in a little hot water.

Hot: Mix vigorously until you get a smooth latte.

Iced: Mix vigorously until a homogeneous concentrate is obtained in the water.

Hot: Enjoy a latte with intense and complex aromas.

Iced: Fill your glass with ice cubes and add the cold milk of your choice.
Finally, pour in the prepared concentrate and enjoy!
