Signature drinks
Ingrédients
Per 300 mL
Concentré de Pink : 40 mL
Pink Paste : 300 g
Eau : 500 mL
Barista Cold Foam Oatly : 80 g
Purée de myrtille : 25 mL
Pour préparer le concentré Pink (20 boissons), ajoutez 300 g de Pink Paste avec 500 mL d’eau chaude.
Mélangez.
Pour préparer la Cold Foam Pink Myrtille, mélangez 80 g de Cold Foam, 20 g de purée de myrtille et 50 g de concentré Pink.
Mixez l’ensemble, puis faites mousser jusqu’à obtenir une texture légère, homogène et aérienne.
Mélangez bien avant de déguster pour faire évoluer la couleur de la boisson et réunir les notes de betterave, de myrtille et de cerise.
