An icy potion that plays with contrasts. The roasted intensity of Black Sesame Latte meets the softness of Purple Latte in an ultra-creamy purple cold foam. A dark, indulgent and slightly mysterious blend. Invoked without hesitation!

Ingrédients

Per 300 mL

Cold foam Purple: 60 g

Barista Cold Foam Oatly: 80 g

Purple concentrate: 75 mL

Purple Latte Barista: 100 g

Water: 500 mL

Vegetable or animal milk: 100 mL
Black Sesame Concentrate: 50 mL

Black Sesame Latte Barista: 150 g

Water: 450 mL

Floral and comforting

Making the purple cold foam

To prepare the Purple concentrate, gradually add 500 mL of warm water to 100 g of Purple Latte Barista until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Allow to cool.

Then, add 75 mL of concentrate to 100 mL of Barista Cold Foam Oatly, and then froth it until it forms a light and creamy texture.

Fill a glass with 4 ice cubes

Pour the milk of your choice

Add the black sesame concentrate

To prepare the Black Sesame concentrate, gradually pour 450 mL of hot water with 150 g of Black Sesame Latte Barista until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained. Allow to cool before use.

Pour the purple cold foam
